Our offices are casual, yet professional, in order to foster creativity and collaboration in an atmosphere that encourages open communication and learning between all staff members.

Since the onset of the pandemic, over 95% of staff members have primarily worked remotely. While there have been challenges along the way, we have continued to successfully deliver timely and high-quality work product. This experience has taught us a lot about our ability to work in a remote and/or hybrid work environment, and we intend to offer ongoing flexibility to employees in regard to their work location.

We support each employee in accomplishing a set of reasonable goals and tasks within his/her appointment level. Our policies allow for flexible work arrangements, empowering employees and managers to manage work schedules to achieve an optimal work/life balance.

Our Learning & Development Program aids in the professional development and advancement of our employees through the use of internal and external activities, facilitated and financially supported by Arbor Research.

Initiatives of particular importance include:

  • Employee onboarding
  • Technical skills
  • Soft skills (e.g. communication)

It’s also important for staff members to mingle with their co-workers in a non-business setting. We sponsor events outside of work hours for staff members and their families including bowling, fall orchard outing, and an annual picnic.

Arbor Research believes in giving back. We developed our charitable giving program to establish a level of philanthropy at Arbor Research that reflects both the mission of the organization and the community interests of our staff.
