National CKD Surveillance System subcontract awarded to Arbor Research
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has awarded a subcontract to Arbor Research to develop and maintain a customized website to convey the results of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Surveillance System project that was awarded to the University of Michigan and the University of California, San Francisco.

This project will assess the prevalence of CKD, its impact on our health care system, and resources used by patients. It also assesses the quality of care delivered to patients, identifying areas where improvements could be made to slow disease progression and reduce morbidity and mortality. The methods implemented at the prime contractor sites use both national and local data sources to perform these analyses.

Arbor Research looks forward to building on its experience combining analytic and application development skills to develop automated systems of creating graphics for the Web that are tailored to a specific audience.
