Customized reporting on chronic kidney disease

Arbor Research develops and maintains a customized website to convey the results of the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Surveillance System as part of a project that was awarded to the University of Michigan and the University of California, San Francisco by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

This project assesses the prevalence of CKD, its impact on our health care system, and resources used by patients. It also assesses the quality of care delivered to patients, identifying areas where improvements could be made to slow disease progression and reduce morbidity and mortality. The methods implemented at the prime contractor sites use both national and local data sources to perform these analyses.
