On December 15, 2011, the Arbor Research website www.dialysisreports.org posted the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD) 2012 Quality Incentive Program (QIP) facility Performance Score Certificates. Arbor Research calculated the draft and final QIP performance scores, produced the Performance Score Reports, and posted the Performance Score Certificates on the secure website. The posting coincided with a public statement by CMS Chief Medical Officer Dr. Patrick Conway announcing the public release of the final QIP performance score data and the Performance Score Certificates.

The original website was developed in 2008 by Arbor Research, in collaboration with the University of Michigan-Kidney Epidemiology and Cost Center (UM-KECC). It provides secure access for facilities to download their annual Dialysis Facility Report and Performance Score Report, and to submit questions and comments about their facility statistics. The www.dialysisreports.org site serves as the CMS system of record for facilities and providers to obtain their draft and final Performance Score Report, their Performance Score Certificates, and their annual Dialysis Facility Report.

In July 2011, the website hosted the CMS Performance Score Report (PSR) 30-day Inquiry Period for the 2012 ESRD QIP. Facilities had an opportunity to log in to the website to preview and download their draft PSR and submit questions to CMS about their performance scores.
