Arbor Research provides policy support for the CMS ESRD Quality Incentive Program (QIP) that was first implemented for Payment Year (PY) 2012 to guard against any potential unintended consequences and a decline in the quality of care under the new ESRD bundled payment system, CMS’s first national value-based purchasing program.
