CureGN: Cure Glomerular Disease Research Network

The Cure Glomerulonephropathy Network (CureGN) is a multicenter five-year cohort study of glomerular disease patients. The University of Michigan and Arbor Research serve as the Scientific and Data Coordinating Center (SDCC) to examine adult and pediatric patients with the following glomerular diseases: minimal change disease, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), membranous nephropathy, and immunoglobulin A (IgA) nephropathy. This study includes a larger sample of patients and longer follow-up than prior studies of these relatively uncommon but important kidney diseases.

This project serves as a platform for several ancillary studies and we expect future clinical trials. This project is funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
