Senior Research Analyst I

Dr. Tu joined Arbor Research in 2014 and provides analytical support for the international Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study (DOPPS) program, including the Chronic Kidney Disease Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study (CKDopps). She has experience applying various types of statistical models as a means of multivariable data exploration and of subgroups identification for electronic health records from large administrative/claims databases as well as for clinical data from longitudinal/multilevel health services research, comparative effectiveness research, and translational community-based clinical trials. She has been a co-author on several peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and poster/oral presentations. She received her doctoral degree in Biostatistics and master’s degree in Health Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to joining Arbor Research, she worked as a data manager and biostatistician in the Prevention Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh.
