Advisory Technical Product Manager
Ms. Kincaid oversees design, implementation, and administration of the NIDDK-funded Digital Pathology Repository (DPR) operations at Arbor Research. Used by multiple large observational consortium studying kidney and liver diseases, the DPR system collects, tracks, and makes available Whole Slide Images (WSIs) for virtual pathology collaboration via Indica Lab’s HALOLink software. Prior to Ms. Kincaid’s current position, she was the Vice President of Operations at Arbor Research, overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO), facilities and administration, communications and publications, research administration, and compliance areas, while also developing and implementing operational processes across the organization to help teams work better and deliver better results. Prior work included the launching of data collection systems for several NIH-funded data coordinating centers at Arbor Research, clinical data management and SAS programming as part of a Clinical Research Organization (CRO), bioinformatics software product management as part of a multiple start-ups, and project management across multiple healthcare technology fields.
