Senior Research Analyst I
Dr. Goyat joined Arbor in 2021. She provides analytical support to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Incentive Program (QIP) and Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) program. She has experience working with several large databases including electronic medical records, claims databases and national health survey databases. She has excellent programming skills in SAS, SQL and STATA. Dr. Goyat is the lead author and co-author of several health disparities and health policies research papers published in peer reviewed journals. She earned her PhD in Health Services and Outcomes Research from West Virginia University in 2018. Prior to joining Arbor Research, she worked as a Health Outcomes Researcher at Allegheny Health Network for over two years, where she led research projects and provided statistical support to clinicians.
