Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is proud to announce and welcome Dr. Shanthy Edward, M.A., Psy.D. as Vice President of Strategic Growth & Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Holding a key leadership position, Dr. Edward will strengthen Arbor Research’s capabilities in expanding growth strategy, market intelligence, planning, and strategic execution of business. Prior to joining Arbor Research Collaborative for Health, Dr. Edward served as Vice President of Strategic Growth, U.S. Health at the Palladium Group and Director of Domestic Business Development at Abt Associates. She has also functioned as the Strategic Communicator (contractor) for the United States Army Corps of Engineers’ (USACE) Chief Information Officer (CIO) and was responsible for developing and executing the OCIO strategic communications strategy across the USACE enterprise (35,000+ users).

She will be instrumental in helping expand our strategic goals. Her rare and multifaceted background of science, healthcare, and business is the perfect match for Arbor Research.”
Shanthy provided direct service mental health interventions and led programs in a Chicago community-based organization that addressed barriers in communities who are underserved. She has a strong professional history of overseeing strategic planning, pipeline management, resource allocation, quality control, continuous improvement, training, capture management, and proposal development.
“Growth is the key to developing and sustaining the interventions, services, and programs that drive ongoing and long-lasting social impact,”, says Dr. Edward. “I’m beyond excited to join Arbor Research, share its strong scientific capabilities with clients on new projects, and help to expand its mission.”
Dr. Edward will be responsible for operating the strategic growth program at Arbor Research in partnership with the Executive Team. Additionally, she will be leading the development of partnership outreach programs, external communications and marketing efforts, and business development processes.
Dr. Edward earned her Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and her Honors Bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology from the University of Western Ontario.
